Best way to send feedback during testing

If you are using a TestFlight build, use the built-in Send Beta Feedback option in the TestFlight app. That is the preferred channel while the app is still in pre-release testing.

Release support

A dedicated public support email or form will be published here before the App Store release.

What to include

App version and build number
Device model and iOS version
What you expected to happen
What actually happened
Screenshots if the issue is visual
